collin yr flag day dinner

AND OUR FLAG WAS STILL THERE:
The Battle for our Freedoms

On Flag Day weekend, June 12, 2021, the Collin County Young Republicans invite fellow patriots to join us for our inaugural fundraiser dinner featuring Trump-endorsed candidate, Newsmax commentator, fellow Young Republican, and Air Force veteran, Anna Paulina Luna and other special guests as they discuss how we can protect the freedoms guaranteed to us by the United States Constitution and fight back against the liberal cancel culture mentality and socialist agenda that plagues our nation.

100% of the proceeds from this event will be used to further expand the Collin County Young Republicans’ involvement with the 2022 midterm season and help elect more Republicans at all levels of government.  This is a pivotal moment for our state and country.  Republicans need a strong showing going into the 2022 midterms, and we believe Young Republicans are crucial to achieving those goals.  We ask for your help in investing in the future of our party by attending or sponsoring our Flag Day dinner.

In 2020, the Collin County Young Republicans focused on contacting voters to ensure greater Republican turnout for the 2020 primary and general elections. Last year alone, our club knocked on 15,439 doors, made 28,941 phone calls, hand-wrote and addressed 686 postcards, and manually sent 300,140 text messages. Furthermore, in support of local Collin County Republican candidates, Collin County Young Republicans hosted several Young Republican members from across the state of Texas during two weekend deployments. We also saw our greatest growth of club membership in many years and strengthened our political activism and involvement within the county party. Throughout Collin County, we helped ensure Republican victories up and down the ballot. To continue these vital efforts, we are asking for your financial help and support.

Anna Paulina Luna

Anna Paulina Luna is a Trump-endorsed candidate for Congress, a Newsmax commentator, and an Air Force veteran. She is a strong independent leader, earning her stripes by serving her country, not by serving herself. Raised by a single mother in Southern California’s low-income neighborhoods, Anna learned that she must work hard and be independent to succeed.

Anna joined the Air Force at age 19, earning the Air Force Achievement Medal. She spent a total of six years in the military, including five on active duty. She is a small business owner with a degree in Biology.

Anna’s husband, Andy, is a special forces operator at MacDill Air Force Base.  They met in the Air Force and live in St. Petersburg. Anna is a passionate advocate for veterans.  She experienced firsthand the pitfalls of our veteran care system after enemy combatants shot Andy in Afghanistan.  Andy is a Bronze Star and Purple Heart recipient.
